Future Hospitality & Tourism Forum

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED EVENT

  • Client: National Tourism Business Association
  • Participant number: 200
  • Date: April, 2025
  • Country: Lithuania, Vilnius
  • Description:

This was the first international forum held in Vilnius dedicated to discussing trends in the hospitality and tourism sectors of the Baltic countries, covering regulation, connectivity, sustainability, marketing, and challenges related to artificial intelligence. The two-day event brought together experts from around the world — including representatives from the World Tourism Organization, airlines, the conference industry, technology companies, and AI specialists.

The forum’s goals were to promote the Baltic region’s attractiveness in the international market and to develop new strategies and tools to support sustainable growth in the tourism sector. Significant focus was also placed on cooperation between the public and private sectors, the development of conference and niche tourism, the implementation of sustainable initiatives, and the adoption of advanced technological solutions. We managed the full scope of the event’s execution — from creating the dedicated website and managing online pre-registration for participants to organizing speakers’ travel, venue rental, technical sound, video, and lighting solutions, and other services.

The two-day international forum concluded with a themed evening, “Baltic Swing Night.” The event’s name was no coincidence — it was reflected in the jazz and swing melodies performed on stage by Lithuania’s professional vocal jazz trio, The Ditties. The evening’s theme was also vividly captured by a specially designed photo spot featuring three braids (symbolizing “swing”), representing the three Baltic Sea countries — Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia — united in advancing innovation, progress, and leadership within the sector.
