Vilnius is set to shine brighter than ever as it celebrates its status as the Green Capital of Europe 2025. The program was launched on January 25th, coinciding with Vilnius’s birthday, a significant event in the city’s calendar. To mark the occasion, Vilnius hosted the annual Festival of Lights, transforming its streets and iconic landmarks into a luminous spectacle. The festival celebrated creativity and sustainability through light installations by artists from around the globe, offering an immersive experience for locals and visitors alike.
