We secured a 5-star hotel conference center with additional rental of innovative conferencing equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient conference process. Each conference participant received a welcome package, catering at the venue, and an evening program featuring dinner accompanied by smooth jazz music and tastings. Additionally, a day trip was organized for top management to Trakai city, including lunch, a boat ride, and sightseeing.
