Estravel has successfully organized tourism workshops for participants from the Far East, the USA and Australia in 2012, 2015, 2018. The organizational work for the workshop of 2024 is ongoing. The purpose of this workshop is to invite tourism professionals from the Far East countries, the USA and Australia, familiarize them with travel possibilities in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, and get them introduced to local service suppliers. Over the years we perfected the organizational and communication processes engaging with both foreign travel experts, local suppliers and tourism representative bodies of the Baltic countries. We are trusted to organize: communication process with participants, website creation and registration, participant flights, accommodation, transportation, venue sourcing, workshop design and e-materials, catering, host selection, conferencing solutions, evening gala and networking dinners and post workshop fam trips.
