Itinerary

We offer you a weekend trip to Tartu, soon to be the European Capital of Culture 2024, famous as a young and vibrant student city. You can explore this cultural city during a sightseeing tour with a local guide. In the cozy Old Town will see a fountain and a sculpture of young couple kissing, capturing the spirit of the town. You will also visit the Town Hall Square and St. John‘s Church, the old observatory, the historic University of Tartu with its amusing botanical garden, and the ruins of Tartu Dome Cathedral. Are you a romance lover? Charming walk over Bridges of Angels and Devils and the enchanting green park will not leave you indifferent!

Are you traveling to Tartu with your family? Then one of “must” is a visit to the Science Center AHHAA with its 3,000-square-meters interactive exhibit. Both young and older ones will enjoy a giant energy machine, a unique Hoberman sphere, the elevator that takes you to Space. And not only it – you will also see an anthill you have never seen before, mini-laboratories, a moving tunnel and many other wonders of science and wildlife. Doesn’t it sound exciting?
