The essence of this activity is to transfer the company’s business messages, values, or brand to the screen, creating a dynamic and eye-catching movie trailer. After a short briefing in the conference call app, teams of 3-5 participants are divided into separate conference rooms.
The teams come up with the idea for the film, create a 6-10 scene storyline, and choose a soundtrack. Participants creates movie scenes on phones or tablets and share the footage with the team. Our video editors, led by the teams, combine real-time videos into an Oscar-worthy film.
To ensure that the quality of the created movie is exactly as desired, a lot of collaboration is done with team members and facilitators, thus strengthening communication skills.
