Travel agency network Estravel is expanding the bussiness travel team and looking for tourism professionals to join the office in Vilnius.

What would be your daily responsibilities?

• Reservations of airline tickets, hotels, etc.
• Responding to customer questions.
• Using international online travel reservation tools. 
• Communicating with suppliers, partners, etc.
• Problem-solving due to unforeseen circumstances. 

What do we expect from you? 

• Honesty, punctuality and a positive attitude.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization, administration, and time management skills
• Deliver exceptional customer service and make sure all requirements are accurately met each and every time in line with client needs.
• Ability to cope with a massive flow of information.
• Higher/university education and 2+ years experience in the travel industry (bonus points for working in a travel agency).
• Previously experience working with Amadeus.
• Ability to work individually and to be a team player also.
• Working productively in a pressurized environment
• Excellent knowledge of English language.

A big bonus if you:

• Consultative sales experience.
• Speak Russian, German, French, etc. 
• Passionate about travel and tourism.
• Up to date understanding of the latest tourism trends.

What salary do we offer?

1000-2500 € per month.
